During this session, I present “Objects That Talk” using the power of augmented reality. I explore the journey towards making physical products that are both present and future ready by enabling multi-modal interactions with consumer products. We discuss how AR is shaping thinking for stakeholders in fast-moving consumer goods players, including mediators like agencies and enablers that provide AR and generative AI solutions. We explore how AR and AR technologies advance the consumer goods industry, representing the phygital play towards product 2.0.
